I am thrilled to be a part of your birthing journey! Allow me to introduce myself and share a bit about my background and the services I provide.

My passion for birth work began with the birth of my first child. I felt scared, alone and unprepared. I met a homebirth midwife who offered to accompany me to the hospital and provide labor support. Knowing I had a knowledgeable voice that was there for me lifted all the negative feelings. I went into labor the next day. This experienced planted a seed in my mind to one day become a doula. As my children became older and more self-sufficient, I worked toward being able to support people through this transformative time. In 2019, my dream was realized. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting numerous families through their unique birth experiences.

My role as your doula is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I am committed to respecting your birth preferences and empowering you to make informed decisions. I advocate for a birth experience where you feel safe, heard, and respected.
